Dimensions Variable, Solar powered panels, Soft serve ice cream machine, Ice cream cones, Ice cream. This installation used solar power to generate ice cream the color of the sunset. The five ice cream colors were based on a watercolor study made of the sunset in St. Louis, where the project was installed.
